About us

A few words about Danijel Dragaš,

He was born in Croatia. During his teenage years, he graduated from a high school for catering. College was never on the list of his future life plans. Raised on the streets of the city, surrounded by bad company - and being bad company himself - the future did not look bright. So, you will not find titles, doctorates, completed special faculties in this man's resume.

The city streets taught him how to stand up for himself, an attribute he carried with him throughout his young life. He loved the hospitality industry, and he prospered through that line of business. In Danije's mind, nothing could stop him from achieving what he wanted most: to be among the best in the business, to earn as much money as possible, to gain respect from the greatest in the industry, and to have a good time in the process. And he would have succeeded in doing so, but God…

In 2014, an "earthquake" enters the life of Danijel Dragaš, he is diagnosed with an incurable disease. And through this process of mixed events, experiences, anger, bitterness, depression, fear, and feelings of powerlessness, he gets to know himself. He gets to know who he really is at the core of his existence.

Someone said: "When a man is faced with death, then his true SELF, his TRUE COLORS come out of him!"

Thank God, the day came when he began to ask himself, but honestly, why is this happening to him? Through the process of questioning, he admitted to himself that most of his life he had been a man preoccupied with selfish desires and wants. He was ashamed in his heart, and asked God to forgive him.

He said it was at the same time: the most liberating and terrifying process he had experienced in his life. Why? Because even the worst thing - an earthquake (his illness) was necessary for him to come to realization. And that is: THE FREEDOM HE LIVES NOW. His personal walk with God began from that moment.

He personally had the opportunity in his life to attend, that is, to be part of, various Christian institutions. Religiously speaking, he grew up in an Orthodox family, as he was born in Croatia, most of his friends were Catholics. During the process of his illness, he decided to enter a religious system called New Age. And after that, he decided to join the Protestants. Over time, disappointed in all religious systems - mostly in their wrong motives - he decided to abandon the Christian tradition that has been present in our culture for thousands of years.

Titles are not what drives him. Life experiences have created a desire for truth in this man. As Danijel himself told us: "Freedom is the product of that search, but also a great responsibility, the responsibility to share that freedom with those who, like me, are motivated by life experiences to find answers to the most difficult questions."

He too was helped in his search for truth by several Bible teachers. But one teacher made a special impression on him. His name is Jack Crabtree. As Danijel himself says, he was the only one who answered his questions: Why does he suffer so much through the illness he has? Is it a meaningless suffering, or does it have a deeper meaning? And when he came to the answer through three years of study with Jack, at first it was not easy for him to accept the answer he was given. But the wisdom he received through study was the only one that made sense. And when, through the process of questioning, he finally accepted: WHO GOD REALLY IS, he gained the freedom he lives in today. And all of this would not have been possible without the man who helped him find that freedom. So special thanks to Jack Crabtree, and to the dear brother who recommended him, Filip Pintarić.

Jack Crabtree's material has been collected over 50 years of Bible study, and can be found at; https://www.soundinterp.site/

If you know English well, we highly recommend you listen to his teaching.

Ok, and finally, Danijel Dragaš currently lives in Croatia with his family; his wife Renata, and two children.
